If currently the information you are receiving is To find all your favorite channels or no signal, for French channels that do not work (TF1, France 2, France 3, M6, etc.), they do not indicate "no signal", while RTL9, Crime District, must work.

Unzipped it, unzip on a USB key of less than 8gb formatted to Fat32

Watch the video in user manual according to your decoder in the dezipper file.

If your decoder is not an "ASTON MAYA – CAHORS 2 VA - TECHNISAT DIGIPLUS) please add the frequency

DVB-S2 11681 H 27500 3/4

via the menu of your set-top box/TV to regain access to Bis channels.
